Mr. Georges founded Hipercept in January, 2009. He is globally recognized for his expertise in providing strategic advice and business intelligence solutions for private equity and real estate investors. Prior to founding Hipercept, he was the Real Estate Practice Lead at EMC where he advised clients on maximizing the performance of their alternative investment portfolios. He has also served in management roles at Resolve Technology, Summit Partners and the Nova Group in Japan. Mr. Georges has led significant engagements at the world’s largest investment management and private equity firms.
Raj Singh
Executive Director, United Kingdom & Europe
Raj Singh has spent his career delivering technology solutions that enhance business performance for companies in the real estate and private equity industries. He has led successful projects in Canada, the United States and Brazil. Before joining Hipercept, Raj was a Director at Brookfield Asset Management. Raj is a certified Project Management Professional and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary.
Nick Moore
Executive Director, United States
Nick Moore has been working within the real estate and private equity sector for over 15 years, with clients in Australia, Europe and North America. His expertise is in the application of technology to solving business issues as well as process and operations improvement. Nick has led technology businesses in the corporate and investment sectors deploying solutions to clients such as Bank of America, Shell, LAMCO (Lehman Estate) and Land Securities. Prior to Hipercept Nick ran his own consultancy business and previously worked for Soros Private Funds Management and Andersen.
Anne Taylor
Managing Director, Canada
Anne Taylor is responsible for Hipercept’s Canadian operations and its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) advisory services. For over 20 years Anne has excelled at leading teams delivering strategic technology projects for international real estate, asset management and private equity firms. She has expertise in sales force automation, property and tenant management, asset management, investor reporting and document management. Prior to joining Hipercept, Anne held senior roles at Brookfield Asset Management, Cadillac Fairview, Brookfield Properties and Royal LePage Relocation services (BGRS). Anne is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Business degree from Ryerson University (Toronto).
Michael Basile
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Basile is a 25-year veteran of real estate technology profession and has designed, implemented and supported solutions for Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Before joining Hipercept, Michael was a Director and global head of information management for Bank of America Commercial Real Estate and — before the merge — Director and CIO for Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investments.
