Mr. Georges founded Hipercept in January, 2009. Mr. Georges is globally recognized for his expertise in providing strategic advice and business intelligence solutions for private equity and real estate investors. Prior to founding Hipercept, he was the Real Estate Practice Lead at EMC where he advised clients on maximizing the performance of their alternative investment portfolios. He has also served in management roles at Resolve Technology, Summit Partners and the Nova Group in Japan. Mr. Georges has led significant engagements at the world’s largest investment management and private equity firms.

Glenn Murray is a Management Advisor for Hipercept, Inc. Glenn has considerable experience in the establishment, funding, and development of commercial real estate outsourced services and technology companies. Over 20+ years, he has invented entirely new business models and led them into substantial ventures on behalf of world class clients and investors. His founding ventures include KLIK Technologies, Realm Business Solutions (now Argus Software), rCash, Vizables, and NOI Strategies. Glenn has worked on behalf of many of the most recognized names in real estate and has extensive experience in real estate technology solutions, property management operations, finance, outsourcing, financial processing, cash management, information systems management, software solution design, sales, and tier one customer management. He has written numerous whitepapers, is a regular speaker at industry events, and has been an active member of numerous industry organizations.Glenn currently serves on the Realcomm Commercial Real Estate Technology Advisory Panel, was the recipient of the 2009 Realcomm Digital Impact Award, and was named as one of the "Top 35 People to Watch in 2010".
